Henri Frans (Hans) Dijkstal (Port Said, Egypt, 28 February 1943 – Wassenaar, 9 May 2010) was a Dutch politician of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). Dijkstal was party leader of the VVD from 1998 to 2002 and was the lead candidate for the 2002 House of Representatives elections.
